My Goals

Short Term Goals:

My primary goal is to become a Registered Dietitian working in an inpatient clinical setting, ideally within a hospital setting. I aim to build a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, working with a diverse population with a focus on pediatrics. During this time, I hope to gain hands-on experience working with parenteral and enteral nutrition as well as further develop my skills in medical nutrition therapy (MNT). I am especially eager to develop specialized skills in pediatric nutrition that will better prepare me for a more focused career path in pediatric nutrition. â€‹

Long Term Goals:

My long-term goal is to become a pediatric dietitian specializing in pediatric critical care nutrition, where I can support families and children using evidence-based care and compassion. I am deeply driven to help children thrive through proper nutrition. I want to use my expertise in the clinical setting and create an online presence that shares important education topics with new and expecting families. I want to create a platform that shares trustworthy information while breaking down common stigmas around pediatric nutrition. I want to build a platform where families can feel safe and supported throughout the challenging experience of raising a child. Ultimately, I envision myself growing as both a clinical dietitian and an advocate supporting future dietitians, children, and families.
